Strange monster in an unknown arc-v manga.

I was surfing on maxut blog and I've come across this:

It look like a fusion between Silver Claw and Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon.

His name is showned but... since I don't read japanese.

The manga's name is "The Strongest Duelist Yuya!! (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Yu-Gi-Oh!_ARC-V_The_Strongest_Duelist_Yuya!!)". It's pretty much Chibi Arc-V (like the D Team ZeXal spin-off) with simplified game rules for kids, leading to that glorious beast having no effects at all, I'm afraid >.<

Not that that's terribly different from the original thing (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Beast-Eyes_Pendulum_Dragon) Odd-Eyes + Silver Claw ended up being, burn notwithstanding. That said, if by some miracle this ended up hitting the actual card game, I'm sure they'd end up giving him an effect; he's too "I'm important!"-looking to end up lacking one these days.

The katakana are read as "Entameito Oddoaizu Metaru Kurou", so it's probably "Entermate Odd-Eyes Metal Claw".

And then they introduced this thing (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Potential_Yell) anyway. An Action Card that gives monsters their OCG/TCG effect.
