I'm wondering... did Parasite Fusioner can be used to Fusion Summon Greedy Venom Fusion Dragon by its own effect ?

You're asking if you can substitute it for the "1 DARK monster with an original Level of 8 or higher", right? No, you cannot.

Fusion Substitute Monsters cannot be used for:

-Fusion Monsters that do not specifically name any of their Fusion Materials, like "Ojama Knight" or "Evil HERO Dark Gaia".
--If the Fusion Monster has both specifically named and unnamed Fusion Materials (like "Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem"), then a Fusion Substitute Monster can be used, but only for the specifically named Fusion Material.

It's still a no, because fusion substitute monsters only can be used to sub in for specific monsters, and it's not a predator plant.
