We don't need to worry that Sora, Edo, Kurosaki and Kaito the last two episodes. Gongenzaka and Jack will carry on their feelings and continue their battle against Zarc. And this time we don't need to worry that much about bad art. We've got good art this time. Jack and Gongenzaka deserve this.

Zarc's two opponents are now a man riding a motorcycle which is mainly a single big wheel and a man whose standing on one spot without moving from there. Jack begins his turn by Special Summoning a new Red monster from his hand, the Level 4 Red Gargoyle. Then he Normal Summons Red Resonator and doubles its Level with the effect of Red Gargoyle, immediately going to Synchro Summon Red Daemon's Dragon Scarlight. At that moment, Tokumatsu, Frank, Tanner and Amanda are watching the duel from the Synchro Dimension. Sawatari is upset that he cannot duel with the two men and blames how Crow saved his life. Jack wants to activate Scarlight's ABUSORYUTO PAWAA FUREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII IIIIIIIIIIIIIIMU, but Zarc reacts to his Synchro Summon and tributes his two DarkwŁrmer to Synchro Summon Haoukenryuu Clear Wing. As Clear Wing is Special Summoned, it negates the effects of all monsters the opponent controls and destroys them, but Jack chains by sending Brutal Red from his hand to the Graveyard to negate Scarlight's destruction and boosts its ATK by 1000. Scarlight attacks Clear Wing with Shakunetsu no Crimson Hell Burning, but Clear Wing negates the attack and attempts to destroy Scarlight and inflict damage equal to Scarlight's ATK on Jack, but due to Brutal Red's effect still being active, Scarlight is protected. Jack sets a card and ends his turn, thus the effect of Brutal Red ends and Scarlight's ATK go back to 3000.

The other manly man begins his turn and draws with power as usual. He summons Tama-C, and since he controls a Superheavy Samurai monster, he can Special Summon the Level 6 Rokka-9 from his hand in Attack Position. Then he tunes his Rokka-9 with Tama-C to Synchro Summon Superheavy Samurai Katanaka-G, a Level 8 Synchro Monster with 2400 DEF. Zarc doesn't seem to remember Gongenzaka's dueling style at all. At first, Katanaka-G doesn't look that impressive, but when Katanaka-G is Special Summoned, he lets Gongenzaka Special Summon as many Superheavy Samurais from his hand as possible. From his hand, he Special Summons the three Superheavy Samurais he has used during his duel with Yuya at the beginning of the first episode: Sword 999 (Swordsman), Waka O2 (Blue Brawler) and Big Ben-K. At the same time, Syuzou, Tatsuya, Futoshi and Ayu watch the duel from their school ground. So, Tokumatsu is basically the Synchro "counterpart" of Syuzou in that situation? From LDS, Himika and Nakajima are also watching the duel.

Recalling his memories he spent with Yuya and Yuzu, his mention of "Entame" and "Fudou" seem to have little effect on Zarc. Being the man as he is and being a stone wall duelist, Gongenzaka ends his turn and is waiting for Yuya to take his attacks. He also tells Yuya, that he will protect Jack's Scarlight from his attacks and he is waiting for Zarc's/Yuya's Entertainment. He equips Clear Wing with the Spell Card Haourekkyou and response to Gongenzaka's desire of attacking them. Clear Wing attacks Big Ben-K, but it uses its effect to negate its own attack ‚ la Hope style. The effect would destroy Big Ben-K, but with Haourekkyou, the effect is changed, thus all of the opponents monsters will be destroyed by Clear Wing's effect.

During the Battle Phase, as Clear Wing's effect would destroy cards Gongenzaka controls, he tributes Sword 999 to Special Summon Superheavy Samurai Bushin Fudoumyou-O with his own effect and protects Jack's Scarlight with it and the Battle Phase ends. However, Big Ben-K, Waka O2 and Katanaka-G are gone and Jack and Gongenzaka lose Life Points equal to Big Ben-K's 1000 ATK. Similar like last time, a wormhole appears and sucks a part of City into the Fusion Dimension, where Tokumatsu and the Crow kids watch the duel live. Zarc is impressed by Gongenzaka's move and praises him.

Jack gets his second turn and activates his Trap Card Vision Synchro to Synchro Summon by using monsters from his hand. By Double Tuning Red Sprinter with Dark Resonator and Net Resonator, he Synchro Summons Red Daemon's Dragon Tyrant. Seriously, having two Red Daemon's on the field is freaking cool. Fake Jack did it first, but his three Red Daemon's weren't...red. As long as Jack controls Tyrant that was Synchro Summoned with Net Resonator as a Tuner, Jack takes no damage. Then Gongenzaka activates Fudoumyou-O's effect to protect both Red Daemon's from destruction until the end of the turn while Fudoumyou-O is on the field. Scarlight unleashes its Shakunetsu no Crimson Hell Burning on Clear Wing, with the latter negating the attack, but is unable to destroy Scarlight. However, due to Haourekkyou, all monsters on Jack and Gongenzaka's field would be destroyed. While Scarlight and Tyrant are protected and Jack takes no damage from Net Resonator, Gongenzaka loses Fudoumyou-O and takes damage equal to his monster's 1000 ATK, thus he loses all of his Life Points. At the same time, Sawatari is unable to hold Crow's card and it gets blown away.

Using the chance, Tyrant unleashes its Kokuen no Crisom Hell Tide on Clear Wing and destroys it, but unfortunately, as long as Zarc controls Zero and Infinity while a Haou monster is on the field (in this case, himself), he takes no damage and gains Life Points instead, increasing his Life Points from 6000 to 7000. Jack has no choice but to end his turn, and due to Vision Synchro's effect, Red Daemon's Dragon Tyrant returns to the Extra Deck.
Sawatari runs towards Gongenzaka; since Zarc responded to Gongenzaka with Entertainment Dueling, albeit a very twisted one, proving that there are traces of Yuya inside Zarc. I don't know, but I see more of Yuri inside Zarc than any of the other boys. By that time, a familiar voice with familiar boots approaches them.

Zarc is about to end Jack and draws. At that moment, the third manly man, Crow Hogan, as well as ULTRA HYPER STRONG DUELIST NEO NEW Sawatari join the duel and take the intrusion penalty. Haouryuu Zarc doesn't care and attacks Red Daemon's Scarlight, with the attack going through the Battle Palace, which, you know, was Jack's former palace. We FINALLY see Jack crashing again, and he gets almost run over by his Wheel of Fortune, which surprisingly is pretty sturdy and doesn't look at damage at all. Maybe there is a big difference between the Wheel of Fortune which is made of the best parts and Yugo's "Rin-Go" which is made of junk. Anyway, Jack loses all of his Life Points, but he doesn't regret it, since Crow and SUPER HYPER STRONG DUELIST NEO NEW SAWATARI SHINGO-SAMA will continue their duel. Of course, Sawatari now carries the Pendulum pendant he received from Gongenzaka. Even Sora has no idea how Crow returned, and Edo thinks there is another method. ANOTHER method?

At the end, Reiji and Layra are still WALKING and the younger brother receives another message from Ray. The Professor is now looking for the four cards (you know, the Kachou Fuugetsu ones).

Obviously, the two super manly men work well together and are loyal to their own dueling style, and they are more successful than Sora, Edo, Kaito and Kurosaki. But how can the next episode top this one. I doubt that is possible.

Preview:

-Haoukenryuu Clear Wing is back.
-Of course, Raikiri appears.
-The two Darkwurm return.
-Zarc is chanting the summon chant of Haoukenryuu Odd-Eyes.
-Still better art than previous episode.

OK Konami... The anime have shilled a card that fix Jack "Red" deck aka Red Gargoyle (also, Brutal Red and Net Resonator are nice too). You have a chance to print it in either 2017's Collector's Pack or in Code of the Duelist (who will be released one month after YGO6 is released. And I heavly doubt one or two eps will shill 80 cards. But Collector's Pack 2017 is the best bet). Also, be nice and print Duskutopia, Cipher Biplane (that fix the "Cipher" archetype), Cipher Interfere (cmon, its litteraly what Cipher is supposed to do in the first place) and the Haokenryu versions of the Four Heavenly Dragons. Also, the new Superheavy Samurai Synchro is just busted.

This episode alone hype me for future 2017 packs let alone. Thanks to the manliest men of Arc-V and His Draconic Majesty.

Probably some ARC-V cards will be in Code of the Duelist.

It's obvious that, at least until Ray appears or Yuya is back, Zarc will win all the duels. We all know that.

Yet the episode 141 is untitled. That should be the episode when Yuya is back and faces Zarc.

Seriously, it's like the anime producers just realized that Jacks and Gongenzakas decks were just 100% random 'til now, and now they gave them both pretty strong engines:

- A "Red" handtrap that protects and boosts RDA
- A "Red" Vize Dragon + D/D Berfomet mashup
- A "Superheavy Samurai" hand-swarming
- A "Superheavy Samurai" level 8 3k DEF handtrap with protection effects
- A level 6 "Superheavy Samurai" which can be summoned for free

Those cards would basically fix most problems of both decks tbh. And ironically Superheavy Samurais are way better then Jacks deck irl.

For the duel:
Thanks to The Man, The King is the first duelist to survive two of Zarcs turns. However, why didn't he use RDA Tyrant's effect to destroy the Supreme King Gates? SPSD only negates the effects of Synchro monsters on the field when summoned. Also, it was kinda funny how the preview basically trolled us when showing King's Scarlet and Mirror Resonator with RDA Scarlight as Tyrants materials. Jack's defeat scene, were he dodges the Wheel of Fortune was pretty nice as well.

For the preview:
Zarc's reaction to the "Dueltainment" hinted already why Sawatari is actually a good candidate to bring back Yuya, though he eventually fails ofc. Since Sawatari seems to enjoy his duel next episode, he might actually be able to connect with Zarc and show him what a true Entertainment Duel is.
Also, I guess that Zarc just summons the 2 Darkwyrms with Zarc's effect, and uses them to summon SPSD Clear Wing back from the graveyard when Raikiri is summoned (yes, Clear Wing can be summoned from both, the Extra Deck and the Graveyard). SPSD Odd-Eyes is probably the only Main Deck monster, so he will simply draw it next episode I guess. Still waiting for SPSD Starving Venom tho.

With people complaining how the Lancers just join the duel when Zarc is about to finish someone, why don't they pull a Roget and just re-join the duel? It's tiring, yes, but considering that it worked with Roget, it should work with the Lancers, too, unless all hologram copies count as different and new participants.

Why couldn't Edo and Sora's duel have awesome 11th Hour support like this? We never even got to see the ultimate fusion Sora is always talking about summoning.

By the way, the way how Haoukenryuu Clear Wing can be summoned is oddly similar to Nirvana High Paladin. Did Zarc acquired that ability when Yuya dueled Jack back then?

The one from episode 36 was Mad Chimaera. The one from episode 88...maybe Mad Chimaera again?

Roget took 2k damage each time he came back. Thats why Reiji had the infinite combo with his contracts which would remove 2k each time and since it counts as a new turn, he could burn each time.

Expect Roget did it with a holographic version of himself,so he never got hurted, the others that actually dueled Zarc got damaged to the point where they could barely move,so them rejoining is out of the question.

I would say they getting hurt doesn't matter. Shun got tased, Edo, Kaito and Sora got thrown against walls and Yusho had a leg injury but all of them ignored their wounds to job (and Ruri and Serena got hit by an attack that broke thorugh a wall and still got up afterwards). Only the plot decides if they get up to help or not.

(and Ruri and Serena got hit by an attack that broke thorugh a wall and still got up afterwards).

Speaking of them, all four of them are extremely tough. "Yuzu was thrown into a building by Sergey and was walking in a few hours. After Rin's ace was destroyed by Crystal Wing, she was next to a huge explosion that sent her flying, she showed no damage and walked away with no trouble soon after."

Never mind Yuya's electricution in the brain didn't handicap him during his duel with Barrett, Sergey and Jack at all. Or prior to that, his crash incident where he landed on his neck first.

Because they couldn't die or otherwise the series ends. And talking about tough, I would say Kurosaki is the most tough character in ARC-V, he fell thorugh stairs, a building fell on him and got tased but still got up for a few seconds before fainting in the latter 2.

He isn't named "Kurosaki" for nothing. Every man named "Kurosaki" is an instant badass who will get up no matter how fucked up they are. All what Kurosaki needs is a sword and he could defeat Zarc with his own hands. He is the crossant of death.

So with today's episode we now know 30 different monsters in Gongenzaka's main deck and we know he has a second copy of at least 2 of them. I wonder which other cards he might have copies of to fill the last 8 slots of his deck.

While thats true all of those though got time to rest/heal before dueling again, expect the girls, seriously 1 got thrown in a buidling and 2 got hits by an attack that destroyed the wall and still got up almost right away.

so after zarc destroys scar-right the 2 darkvrum will be summoned. Crow will start first summoning raikiri then clear wing will summon itself from the graveyard.
I just hope sawatari gets some really good new cards. Too bad he will only play 1 turn probably

Excellent episode for a number of reasons.
Animation was pretty on-point.
Excellent cards for everyone!
Zarc finally attacked, and who better to take it than the King himself!
Sylvio comes into his own with BRAINS. He can appeal to Yugo AND Yuya through Dueltaining.
Speaking of which, they finally broke through to Zarc. Whether or not he realizes, he's channeling Yuya, and I'm suspecting we might see more of that when he summons that monster of his...
Crow's back! And he seems to have the brains to use Raikiri on the Gates (I'm gonna assume that the effect of Tyrant was negated.)
Gong being defeated before Jack to break up the trend and provide excellent teamwork.
Jack, Crow, Kite, Aster, all in the same episode, all in the same place. HOW IS NO-ONE ELSE SQUEEING OVER THIS FINALLY HAPPENING?!
And finally...plot twist! Leo's trying to SEPARATE the dimensions? Dammit, that's another thing that I don't want him to do that's he's doing!

Everything Leo does is a bad idea. He is the cause of the entire plot of the series.

One thing I really like about Zarc's broken deck is that he doesn't pull his boss monster (therefore, himself) at the last second to build a pseudo-unbreakable wall that is only there for the sake of being broken anyway, but that his own presence is needed so his deck would work. Compare Haouryuu Zarc with Nummeronius Nummeronia, Divine Serpent Geh, Dark Neosphere or Sephylon. The other boss monsters were extremely powerful, but were summoned very late and simply serve as an incredible force that gets defeated way too easy (most of the time), and usually as a last attempt to defeat the opponent. Zarc however, even his summon is almost an instant kill, needs to be on the field to draw the full potential of his monsters. Because he wasn't on the field earlier, Zarc wasn't able to summon Starve Venom when he was dueling Edo and Sora.

While Haouryuu Zarc is definitively a boss monster, he does rely on his servants, since he's not that broken to defeat every duelist by himself. All of his best servants are very powerful, they protect Zarc and his mighty presence protects them. Zarc is strong, but his servants are better in destroying the opponents then he himself, so he has more than good reasons to rely on his servants. Like in chess. Haouryuu Zarc's playstyle is more "kingslike" than Jack's, since Jack's deck has no "king-servant" relationship like Zarc does.

And as a long as people bud in, Zarc is going to show more and more of his power, something that would be impossible in short duels. This might be the first time where Zarc has to give all of what he got because he gets more and more opponents to fight him without re-setting the duel, and this might have a positive effect on him. Even better, the playstyles of the Lancers work best if of the opponent does his very best. Sawatari (and Reiji) is the only one whose playstyle is about sealing the opponent's move and preventing them from drawing their potential.

Great episode! Artwork was good, especially with that bike scene at the end. Both duelist stuck with their dueling styles and I like that. Gong using his defensive style to protect Jack was such good teamwork and classic Gong. And Jack dropping both Red Dragon's on the field was too cool! I always wanted to see Clear Wing/Crystal Wing versus the Red Dragons and it finally happened so I'm glad that got fulfilled. SPSD Clear Wing is actually nice with it's ability to inflict damage. Let's see if it keeps those effects IRL.

For the next duel, I've dumped on Sawatari this whole way through the show, but for some reason I have this feeling that Sawatari will unleash hell and light Zarc up lol. Remember his Pendulum monsters aren't shut down by Zarc. I am also interested to see if SPSD Odd-Eyes is the Pendulum version or the Main Deck version. And I don't think we'll see SPSD Starving Venom in the show because the time to drop that was against Edo and Sora.

Zarc could not summon spsd starving venom because he didn't had zarc on the field. So he could not fusion summon on his opponent's turn. Maybe in the future
