Genex is something That I have been trying to work with for a long time now. then about an hour ago I realized Speedroids basically solve most of their problems.

So this is a quick thing I threw together and am still tweaking even as I type this. so by the time you read this its probably already changed.
Thought I'd experiment with Xing Zhen Hu a bit, especially since Windmill Genex likes it.

and yes I noticed the 14 card Extra when I was uploading it, dunno how I screwed THAT up but I did.

So far it works pretty well. Genex Primary Problem was that they can't set their own damn synchros up, Speedroids do it for them and enable access to their WIND Synchros. Red-eyed Dice is especially useful for getting levels right, Genex Ally Axel revives any Lv 4 or lower machine.

If only there was a LV 5 and/or 6 WIND Genex synchro...

Comments, suggestions and the like all welcome

Have you tried Xing Zhen Hu Replica? Less cards targeted, but has the same effect, and it can't be countered.

1 of them IS Replica, look closely

wouldn't it be better if you had some Xyz monsters - instead of a pure synchro deck?

I would probably remove a Chanbarider, Clear Wing, and Kendama for three Rank 3 Xyz monsters. You probably want to make it a pure Synchro deck, but adding a few Xyz monsters may help its versatility.

So, I admit it works bad with Xing Zhen Hu and Call, but, as I say everywhere these days, I suggest a couple of Fairy Winds (or at least 1 in place of 1 Typhoon) because Pendulum cannot be hated enough (and deals with floodgates as well).

What about Spell Shattering Arrow? Doesn't that solve all of the same problems you brought up?

Skill Drain, Lose 1 Turn, Vanities, Monarchs Erupt, Re-Qliate. Motherfucking floodgates.

XZH was just something I wanted to try out, its kinda hit or miss I admit.
Most people at my Locals actually have the decency to not use stupid floodgates so those simply aren't a concern for me. Only the fucking Qli players.

Skill Drain, Lose 1 Turn, Vanities, Monarchs Erupt, Re-Qliate. Motherfucking floodgates.

And then the odd Boxer Players who can use both imprisoning mirrors, Rivalry of Warlords AND Gozen match

That'd defeat the point of a pure Synchro deck

Bingo. and Leviair aside I can't think of any rank 3 I'd want in here.

Throwing some Ideas here:

-If I were you, I'd cut Ohajikid (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Speedroid_Ohajikid) to 1 or remove it completely, access limited to wind synchros (and their really limited Monster Pool) really does destroy the poor guy.

-Stardust Dragon (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Stardust_Dragon), Mist Wurm (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Mist_Wurm), Mist Valley Clausolas (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Mist_Bird_Clausolas) and Orient Dragon (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Orient_Dragon) (More like a Side Deck card tho) are all decent WIND Monsters in case your only available synchro-chance is getting Dice (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Speedroid_Red-Eyed_Dice) with Taketomborg (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Speedroid_Taketomborg).

-The Red Dragon Archfiend set (Scarlight (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Scarlight_Red_Dragon_Archfiend), Red Nova (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Red_Nova_Dragon), Abyss (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Hot_Red_Dragon_Archfiend_Abyss), Bane (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Hot_Red_Dragon_Archfiend_Bane), etc.) might work nicely with this if you're looking for a Boss or a funny/gimmicky option.

-The Yazi (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Yazi,_Evil_of_the_Yang_Zing) to Seahorse (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Parent_Seahorse) Combo can work, since you're already lacking a 15th card in your extra deck.

-You might find a Level Eater (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Level_Eater) rather benefitial, allowing your deck to play One for One (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/One_for_One), I wouldn't run more than 1 tho, as he'd be more of a gimmick than anything else in this deck. Also makes it easier to get a Formula Synchron (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Formula_Synchron) most of the time.

-I'd Run Mathematician (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Mathematician), Early Dropping a Terrortop (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Speedroid_Terrortop), Red-Eyed Dice (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Speedroid_Red-Eyed_Dice) or another good Tuner can be the difference between life and dead, if you run the Level Eater (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Level_Eater) you'll get even more targets for him.

Btw, sorry about the links, felt like adding them while I was writing this (You know, 'cause shortcuts), I'm not in any way implying you don't know the cards listed or how they work, take it as a favor for anyone else who might not and it's interested in this deck.

In order:

Maybe. I like his effect and while its summoning pool is limited, I'm already running most of it and have the components for it anyway so I wouldn't cut it. I did already cut it to 1 though. now if there were more WIND Synchros and a LV 2 tuner in there for Chamba....

Wurm and Stardust have already been added, As said I was still tweaking it

Pass

TCG only stuff, I didn't mention it but I am sticking to things I have IRL (which is why stuff like Galaxy Cyclone is absent, I don't own one). I just didn't notice it wasn't full when I threw together the basic Idea to see if it worked. Somehow...

THAT is actually something I didn't consider.

Well, it is just a suggestion, anyway. While there are some that the concept will work for, it will not work for everyone.

Don't forget, The whole point of this is to get some use of fucking GENEX of all things, the best option for the deck is dropping the whole concept.

I would say to try the concept before coming to that sort of conclusion, but hey, it is your deck after all. All I can do is throw in my two cents.

Have fun.
