Odd-Eyes/Magicians & Pals, help me with a non Pendulum Wizard build please?

Hello, I am planning to build an Odd-Eye Magician deck, but the way in which I was planning to summon Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon was with Splashmammoth, which is searchable off of Wizard.
But with uncertainty over when the TCG will get Wizard I need help on changing the following decklist in a way that it can operate well without him.

So if there is anyone with knowledge of OEMP decks can you help me to change this to a variant that uses Odd-Eyes Fusion?
There are 7 main slots in the deck to give room to alterations, the slots of the 3 Wizards, 1 Splashmammoth, and 3 Upstarts. Although more can be changed in the interest of improving the build.

Also, find a room for Enlightenment Paladin and Clear Wing (maybe take out Cairnogorgon and Strike Bounzer) And of course Odd-Eyes Rebellion.... I will go to take out Majester (even if this card is amazing), you can search already enough.

- 3 Upstart. You don't need it.

so + 1 Fusion Conscription (search Odd-Eyes)


You can search everything in your deck and severly put high pressure to your opponent.

Believe me Odd-Eyes Gravity/Red-Eyes Flare is goddamn amazing.
