Well, I hope I'm still in time to give you a hand, if I can.
Try to use the Mention feature. Use @ followed by the user name of a mod. Or just try to PM them.

Probably should have said in this topic that I got an answer from Deadborder-- depending on which version of the game, the discussion, apparently, should be taken to either TCG or OCG discussion.
