Basically a casual YCS-ish event from the sounds of it.

When: February 11th, 2015
Where: Tokyo Metropolitan Area
What Time:
Part 1: 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Part 2: 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM
How to Join: Pre-Registration and Lottery System
750 People for each section
1500 people total for the event.
Valid Participants will be confirmed in early January
You can Duel people, switching between Decks between Duels
Each match is 1 Duel Single Elimination (So no Side Decks)
The event follows special regulations that will be confirmed at a later date
Master Rule 3
Will use the Limit Regulation (OCG Forbidden & Limited List) for that time period
Participation Goods
– 40 Special ARC-V Themed Sleeves
– 1 Promotion Pack with 2 Cards (12 Different Cards inside, 6 cards are new, 1 of which is a new Token card)

I'm going to hazard that new non-token card will be on the level of Scrambled Egg and Nanana.

Wonder if these 5 new cards will be anything to write home about. Would be nice if they complimented either the Premium Pack or the Millennium Pack. Actually it'll probably compliment the Millennium Pack with DM nostalgia new cards since this is happening a month before the movie.
