This deck resolves around Ritual Summoning Garlandolf and is only possible because Pre-Preparation of Rites (thus this deck is not exactly a TCG deck right now). Pre-Prep makes the deck consistent by adding both the monster to be summoned and the tribute for it if needed. BLS is here to keep it live even after drawing all copies of Garlandolf and to thin the deck even further by using the effect of Gaia and Manju later on. Junk Synchron provides access to Herald of the Arc Light with Ritual Raven and eventually to level 7 Synchros with Manju. Gaia double as tribute for Garlandolf, searcher for the BLS and gives field presence if needed. Last card worth mention is Ascending Soul, as it makes sure you will never run out of tribute fodder.

As a last note, I guess this deck can work pretty well with any level 7 or lower DARK monster just swapping it with Garlandolf.

I still need some help, mainly with the Extra, but I'm not entirely satisfied with the high number of Spell and the Synchro portion doesn't seem to be needed at all. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Cut the Black Luster Soldier stuff. Having three Pre-Prep, Manju, and one Prep isn't so much consistency that you'll have to worry about running out targets in deck. If you really feel the need to bulk out your Ritual count, try adding Demise or something.

I'll try it out without BLS and play around with Demise, but I don't like its 2000 LP cost, I'm not sure the deck can handle it.

You don't pay LP for anything else other than Solemn Warning, and if you're only running 1 Demise, it's not likely that you'll see both any given game and need to resolve both. You should be fine.

Deck can search what about drawing options "Allure of Darkness/Sacred Sword of the Seven Stars".
