Is there like a public list of general words you can't use somewhere?

Why is it I can't use words like S pice, S picy, Sus picion, Sus picious and other such common words? Have people really been trying to use such derogatory language that I can never speak of Professor Sartyr's deck archetype?

You also can't use under normal circumstances, Bypassing the locks is easy enough, but I wouldn't risk it.
