Definitly a bad card, that isnt what us Ritual Fairy users were asking for. Ritual fairies work like this: Usually Herald of Perfection/Ultimateness centric, the deck seeks to put him out as fast as conveniently possible without utilizing too many resources. Then as the game progresses, you attempt to summon forth your other ritual fairies while keeping your opponent at bay with negations.

We go for Ruin queen of oblivion, to wipe away swarms of monsters, shinato king of a higher plane, to inflict piercing and get over strong enemies, and Tarotrei to disrupt opponents plays or trigger a arrowsylph.

Vene, makes for a good addition to the small squad, being 2400, and able to recover fairys from grave and make the requirements for ritual summon easier.

So you have a "Z-Fighter" squad consisting of Herald, Ruin, Shinato, Tarotrei, and Vene. Thats great, but what is the one piece of the puzzle missing that konami refuses to give us? A reverse contract with the abyss, that works with light rituals instead of darks. if that one card existed, this could be a much more viable, consistent and interesting deck

A bad card that can be search along Vene via Pre-Preparation of Rites and summon a monster that can make easy Xyz plays and a ritual card that is a Monster Reborn for ANY Ritual Monsters ?

It's definitely NOT a bad card.

Things are heating up in the Ritual Fairy sub-fandom.
Even if it's not practical, I think it's cool, the idea of (As C-3PO once said) a Ritual monster... Ritual summoning other Ritual monsters.

Now we need a ritual monster that needs/wants other ritual monsters as tributes. I think every other special summon mechanic has something like that. So does tribute summoning, via the Mega Monarchs.

To put it simply, primal cry just isnt that useful outside of a Vene-Centric build. Vene herself, is very great as a standalone partner to herald and tarotrei though.

Its worth running if you only focus on 1 to 2 rituals but.

If your going to go with a ritual heavy build, go with ARA instead, which btw should not Still be at 2
