    As a follow-up to my old Chromia card (where I tried to make a spell that combines Blue-Eyes and Red-Eyes for Odd-Eyes support), I'm going to give them a pair of pendulums.

    Blue-Eyes Pendulum Dragon

    Pendulum: Once per turn, you can target a level 5 or lower effect monster you control: decrease the scale of this card in your pendulum zone by that card's level.
