    Another Manjyoume Manga card.

    Guivre

    [Dragon/Tuner/Effect]

If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, that monster is destroyed at the end of the Damage Step. When this card Battles an opponent's monster and that monster is destroyed, Special Summon 1 "Wyvern Token"(Dragon-Type/DARK/Level 4/ATK 1000/DEF 1000). Once per turn, while you control a "Wyvern Token", if this monster or a "Wyvern Token" is targeted for an attack, you can Synchro Summon a Dragon-Type "Dragon" monster using this card and "Wyvern Tokens" you control. Once per duel, if the Synchro Summoned monster is DARK, during your opponent's Battle Phase, you can Banish this monster in your Graveyard to activate that monster's "Once per turn" effect.

    ATK 1300/DEF 400

Taking a try at Yugi's card.

    Turn Jump
    [Spell]

This card can only be activated during the Battle Phase. Move the Turn Count forward 3 turns counting all Phases up to the beginning of the new Battle Phase, then resolve appropriate card effects. During this Battle Phase, if you have not declared an attack, you can Special Summon "LV" monsters by the effect of "LV" monsters you control as if it were your Standby Phase(This is a Quick Effect). You cannot activate this card if "Turn Jump" is in your Graveyard.

This wording would allow effects that count the number of times a Phase has passed to benefit. And cards with effects that only last until the end of a turn or the End Phase should resolve that part of their effects immediately after. It essentially also allows you to conduct a second Battle Phase though that might be too much and the card might need a restriction on that. Then again, if you try to force this on your opponent's turn they benefit the same way...

I've been keeping Prophecy support on the back burner for while. It's one of my favorite decks.

    Spellbook Channeler
    Rank 2
    DARK/XYZ/Spellcatser
    ATK/1700 DEF/1200
    2 level 2 Spellcaster-type monsters
This card gains 300 ATK for each XYZ materiel attached to it. Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can detach 1 XYZ materiel from this card to activate 1 of the following effect:
*Change the battle position of 1 monster on the field.
*Special summon 1 Spellcaster-type monster (from your hand).
If this card is destroyed by battle, or if it leaves the field do to an opponent's card effect: you can special summon 1 level 3 or lower Spellcaster-type monster from your deck or graveyard, in face-up attack position or face-down defense position.

To give a better option for Rank 2s, and potentially boost opening Magician plays. Allows for mini-beatdown/defense or to make it easier to use boss monsters, like The World, High Priestess, or Wheel (lol )

    Judge of Destiny
    Rank 6
    DARK/XYZ/Spllcaster
    ATK/2000 DEF/2500
    2 level 6 Spellcasters
This card gains 300 ATK for each banished spell card. Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and send 1 "Spellbook" Normal Spell Card that meets its activation conditions from your hand to the Graveyard; this effect becomes that Spell Card's effect when that card is activated. Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; activate 1 "Spellbook" Quick-Play spell from your hand.
If this card is in your graveyard and you have 3 or more banished "Spellbook" spell cards, you can banish this card; special summon 1 Spellcaster-type monster from your graveyard.
You can only activate 1 effect of "Judge of Destiny" once per turn, and only once that turn.

A spiritual replacement for Judgment for anyone who just wants to use the full Tarot. Plus it boosts Reaper, my favorite card in the deck. And allows a workaround to hard OPT effects. I also introduce a quick-XYZ a little ways down, as a way to deal with the major flaw of fool: that you can't XYZ summon that turn. Plus her effect will allow you to use the card added with Reaper.

    Spellbook Mistress of Shadows
    Level 5
    DARK/Spellcaster
    ATK/2300 DEF/1200
If you do not control more monsters than your opponent you can reveal 1 "Spellbook" Spell card in your hand; special summon this card (from your hand) but banish it when it leaves the field. During the end phase of the turn this card is sent to the graveyard you can excavate the top 2 cards of your deck and send any excavated "Spellbook" spell cards to the graveyard, then shuffle any remaining cards into the deck. If 2 cards were sent to the graveyard with this effect target 1 "Spellbook" spell card in your graveyard; add both it and this card from your graveyard to your hand. You can only activate each effect of "Spellbook Mistress of Shadows" once per turn.

Short and sweat this is meant to be used with Empress. A woefully unplayable boss for the deck.

    The Grave Spellbook
    Normal Spell
Send 1 "Spellbook" spell card, and 1 Spellcaster type-monster from your deck to the graveyard, except "The Grave Spellbook"; inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent. During your opponent's main phase, you can banish this card from your graveyard: immediately after this effect resolves XYZ summon 1 Spellcaster-Type monster using only Spellcaster-Type monsters you control as XYZ materials (this is a quick effect). You can only activate 1 "The Grave Spellbook" per turn

This if full-on Reaper support, allowing you to load the graveyard, ditch Stoic to search Fool, and enable a quick-XYZ. Sending the cards was a cost to avoid combos with Shaddolls. Then again, maybe they could use the buff….

    Spellbook of Duplication
    Normal Spell
Target 1 Spellcaster-Type monster you control and reveal 1 "Spellbook" spell card in your hand; special summon this card as a normal monster with 0 ATK and DEF, whose type, attribute, and level are the same as that monsters'. You cannot special summon monsters the turn you activate this card, except for Spellcaster-type monsters. If your opponent targets a card you control that includes "Spellbook" in its text with a card effect while this card is in your graveyard: you can shuffle 1 other "Spellbook" card that is banished or in your graveyard along with this card into your deck and negate that effect. You can only activate 1 "Spellbook of Duplication" per turn.

I wanted to be careful with this one, knowing it could be abused. So I added the restrictions best I could while keeping it playable. Intended more to help summon Empress and Channeller than anything. Although comes to think it would allow a reaper play with only 4 Spellbooks in the grave.

    The Hidden Spellbook Library
    Continuous Spell
You can activate 1 of the following effect:
*return 2 banished "Spellbook" cards to the graveyard; increase the ATK of 1 Spellcaster-Type monster you control by 800 until the end phase.
*Banish 2 "Spellbook" Spell card in your graveyard and target 1 card your opponent controls; return it to the hand.
If this card is sent to the graveyard do to a card effect: add 1 non-normal spell "Spellbook" spell card from your deck to your hand, except "The Hidden Spellbook Library". Each effect of "The Hidden Spellbook Library" can only be activated once per turn.

This helps keep Spellbooks in the grave, or empty it for crescent. More importantly it's more reaper support-- fool's effect is now a plus.

I made these cards a while back and and the sentiment was that it had to do the following:

    1) Add "balance" to the game when played
    2) Doesn't benefit one Deck over another
    3) Little to no existing support currently exist
    4) Create support for "rare" types/Attributes

Without farther ado, here are the cards; feel free to scrutinize language and any OTK "blind spots" I missed:
    Spoiler Alert!

    Spoiler Alert!

    Spoiler Alert!

I love making cards as a hobby, and would greatly thank any criticism for the sake of realism (yes, I like my fantasies to be realistic).

how about if we imagine if there was a ritual dimension

    Forgotten Fang Ritual Dragon
    LvL 8 Dark 3000/2500
You can ritual summon this card using any ritual spell. When this card is summoned you can banish cards your opponent controls or in their graveyard equal to the number of monsters used to ritual summon this card. once per turn during either players turn you can target one lvl 5 or higher monster; shuffle that monster into the deck. When this card is sent to the graveyard you can add one ritual spell from your deck to your hand.

    Offering to the Supreme King
    Ritual Spell Card
Ritual summon one DARK ritual monster by tributing monsters in your hand or that your opponent controls whos combine level is greater than or equal to the summoned monsters level.
you think you can beat me, I'm a giant frickin satellite bigger than the sun, your move

    LOL
I was afraid someone would say something like this... joking aside, it's suppose to be the same "genus" as that lizard that has a membrane around its neck.
