I made the most savage Link deck imaginable. The idea is to get "Afterburner Engine", Link Summon into "Thruster", bring back "Engine", Link Up,, etc. The idea is to make your LP massively lower than your opponent's so you can one-shot them. The term "Afterburner" is correct, as the fire shoots back at you. If done correctly, this deck can make a 14000 ATK "Dragon".

(4) While this card is face-up on the field, your opponent cannot take effect damage.
(This card allows you to go into as many combos as you want without worrying about LP. The 4 effect prevents you from abusing "Bad Reaction to Simochi".)
Afterburner Overheat

(1) When this card is activated: Take 500 damage.
(2) Each time an "Afterburner" monster(s) is destroyed: You take 500 for each monster destroyed.
(Similar to a one-sided "Fatal Abacus")
Afterburner Inferno

(1) Take 500 damage for each "Afterburner" monster you control.
(Similar to a one-sided "Ceasefire" or "Just Desserts".)
Afterburner Rebuild
Quick-Play Spell
(1) Take 500 damage; Special Summon 1 "Afterburner" monster from your Graveyard.
(Archetypal revival is always a key part of any custom archetype.)
Afterburner Ignition
Quick-Play Spell
(1) Target 1 "Afterburner" Link Monster you control; Take damage equal to its Link Number x 500.
(This card is especially potent if used with "Dragon", boosting its ATK even higher.)
Afterburner Rebirth
Quick-Play Spell
(1) Target any number of "Afterburner" monster monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon them, and if you do, take 500 damage for each monster Special Summoned by this effect.
(2) Your opponent takes no damage the turn you activate this effect.
(Archetypal "Soul Charge" with less of a cost. The 2 effect allows you to attack, but prevents an OTK.)

@Baroque lol Sorry. I hadn't even gotten around to reading your cards yet. Anyway, we solved the issue. "Eddon" when dealing with TCG, broken up into "Geddon", "Neddon", "Meddon" and "Reddon" in OCG and that covers the entire table of elements.

And I'd solved the issue on my end, too, though because the only mention of "eddon" as an archetype was in FOOF Dragon I merely omitted the use of an archetype as the qualifier for 'what it has to burn as fuel to attack' (because the beastie goes and combusts after a while anyways I figured I didn't need to go the opposite route and be limiting) . . . and then you come around and call that 'the least creative way of handling it.' Pardon me for being a trifle miffed at that.
Speaking of trifles, though . . .

Each time a "Kuriboh" monster is destroyed during a turn you controlled this face-up card: Inflict 500 damage if it was destroyed by Battle. You now have two Pendulum Zones, to the left and right of your Spell/Trap zones.
This skill actually lets you pendulum summon under Speed Duel rules. It doesn't have a drawback, because playing pendulums in the new era is hard enough as it is.
