    It does have a few uses, mostly niche ones against cards such as Yubel and cards that destroy and deal damage equal to ATK/DEF, or for synergy with Crush Card Virus. But yeah, its uses are very limited and not useful in the slightest in the current meta.

    I've always like "Vennominaga the Deity of Poisonous Snakes" because she is one of the few difficult to summon boss monsters that is powerful and worth summoning. So I tried to make some "Venom" cards that didn't make the old ones completely useless. All noctural monsters are DARK monsters, while the rest are EARTH monsters.

    I only have vague memories of the Macross series, but I know it involves humans fighting aliens (possibly that look like insects) in giant robots, and the war was ended with a pop concert. I assume his cards are referencing that.
