    Yours creations have excellent effects,they give a lot of speed for a deck who need it,with this search and spécial summons.
    I would do some comment:
    -Flood effect ,in the grave,is not a little to strong?I mean,it work as long Flood is in the grave,not a too hard effect to counter?
    -Why halved battle damage deal by Bird when it attack dirrectly?It have only 1000,is not something OP,for the A-counter effect?Is pretty slow,only one counter for one attack is not big.I think than remove the half damage would give a decent boost for Bird.
    -Veneria and Jovia have low attack for they level,you can give them an effect who lower opponent ATK depending in the number of A-counter on him,like the old Alien monsters.

    • I don't think Flood is that strong with the prevalence of non-destruction removal. Maybe Flood should remove an A-Counter to prevent destruction instead.
    • You're right, one counter isn't big at all. I'm thinking of changing his effect entirely.
    • ATK isn't everything! Also, I think giving them an ATK lowering effect would devalue some of the old "Alien" monsters too much.

    I really want Jim's Fossil Fusion archetype to come out. Now while opponent Graveyard dumping is rampant. They'd need more Fusions though. I think Fossil Dragon fusions should be able to take Reptile, Dinosaur or Dragon-type (maybe Wyrm). Fossil Knight fusions should take Warrior, Beast Warrior and something else. Fossil Machines obviously take machines(and maybe Thunder?). There should be one that takes Fiends (along with maybe Spellcasters and Psychics? or Pyros?) and one that takes Winged-Beast and Fairy. And one, obviously, that takes Fish, Sea-Serpent and Aqua.

    Assume they're DARK, yes.
    The Hydra's lack of condition is entirely intentional, I feel that restriction suits the Savant's better, besides, it's a (ever so slightly) different low scale.

    Dumont Pendulum restriction is rather redundant because I would expect you wouldn't just be able to Pendulum Summon a Ritual Summon, issue that if were concern, could be easily patched with the good old ''Must first be X Summoned'' clause we're all accustomed to.

    I enjoy your exclusive approach towards Rituals though, they're for the most part pretty good, althought I wouldn't think there's much of a need into making the Dark Contract a Ritual other than tradition reasons, since a Monster out of all things is capable of performing Rituals now, if you really want to make the most of it with the current line of support, you could've tapped any of the Ritual's names in it to be Pre-Prep able.

    The Savants are creative, however I feel they stray a little from the original bunch, Planck is a free Scale 10, bear that in mind, it's effect is pretty curious though.

    The non-Pen maindecks are cute, but they're on a theme standpoint, very underwhelming, too simple and vague for my taste.

    Damn you, Shun, for hogging all the Rank-Up cards. Show some love for your comrades! I think it'd be cool if the Resistance members all had a similar Rank-Up-Magic card like how the Barians had The Seventh One.
