So, basically another Felgrand that's minuscularly more usable while notably more restricted.
Crap, I forgot to restrict the bloody thing to Heraldic Beast materials.

Yes. In fairness, could need some work. In retrospect I probably made that while feeling frustrated at inclusion of out of theme monsters in a deck.

    Is R4NK still relevant?

R4nk is still a thing, alright...

As in, Utopia keeps claiming the souls of the unwilling without mercy, but I wouldn't call R4nk decks relevant.

I decided to make a retrained version of "Harpie Lady Sisters" that is actually worth playing.

    Cyber Harpie Lady Sisters
    Level 6/WIND
    [Winged Beast/Effect]
(This card's name is always treated as "Harpie Lady Sisters".)
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing a "Harpie Lady Sisters" equipped with "Cyber Shield", or with "Elegant Egotist". This card can make a second and third attack during each Battle Phase. You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 3 "Harpie Lady" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard, and if you do, add 1 "Cyber Shield" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.
    2450 ATK / 2100 DEF

    EDIT:
I also decided to make some retrains of classic "Harpie" cards, along the lines of something you might see in a Legendary Duelists pack.

    Ultimate Harpie Lady Sisters
    Level 6/WIND
    [Winged Beast/Fusion/Effect]
"Harpie Lady" + "Harpie Lady" + "Harpie Lady"
This card's name becomes "Harpie Lady Sisters" while it is on the field or in the Graveyard. This card can make a second and third attack during each Battle Phase. Gains 250 ATK for each "Harpie" monster in the Graveyards. When this card is Fusion Summoned: You can add 1 "Triangle Ecstasy Spark" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.
    1950 ATK / 2100 DEF

[NOTE: The effect causes its ATK to reach 2700 (its ATK in the manga) if the only Harpies in the Graveyard are its Fusion Materials.]

Elegant Egotist Kaleidoscope (Japanese name: Kaleidoscope -Elegant Doppelgangers-)
    [Normal Spell Card]
Target 1 Level 4 or lower Normal Monster with 1500 or less ATK you control; Special Summon 2 monsters from your hand or Deck with the same name as that target. You can only activate 1 "Elegant Egotist Kaleidoscope" per turn. You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then Tribute 3 "Harpie Lady" you control; Special Summon 1 "Harpie Lady Sisters" from your hand or Deck. (This is treated as a Special Summon with the effect of "Elegant Egotist".)

[NOTE: In the manga, the lore of "Elegant Egotist" doesn't specify that it only works on "Harpie Lady", so I made it still work on it, while giving it what I think are adequate restrictions (1500 ATK limit comes from "Inferno Reckless Summon").]

    Improved Cyber Shield
    [Equip Spell Card]
(This card's name is always treated as "Cyber Shield".)
Equip only to "Harpie Lady". It gains 500 ATK and 400 DEF. You can banish this card from your Graveyard; Special Summon 1 monster from your Deck or Graveyard whose original name is "Cyber Harpie Lady".

[NOTE: The ATK/DEF boost matches the manga effect. It can't be equipped to "Harpie Lady Sisters", so isn't strictly better than "Cyber Shield". If "Warrior of Atlantis" can get away with mentioning "A Legendary Ocean" by name, I think I can get away with this more careful wording.]

An Archetype that incorporates all 5 boss monsters from the first 5 series. I might do Designer's Notes on them later.

    Archived Magician
    DARK
    LINK-1
    Bottom arrow
    Cyberse/Link/Effect
    1 normal monster
Once per turn, you can banish 1 "Dark Magician" from your graveyard: this card's ATK becomes 2500 until the end of your opponent's next turn, then you may destroy all Spells and Traps on your opponent's side of the field.
Once per turn, you can shuffle 1 banished "Dark Magician" into your deck (quick effect): banish this monster and one monster your opponent control until the start of the next phase. When this monster returns to the field by this effect, its ATK becomes 2500 until the start of your next turn.
    ATK/ 0

    Archived Hero
    LIGHT
    LINK-1
    Left arrow
    Cyberse/Link/Effect
    1 monster
Once per turn, you can banish 1 "Elemental HERO Neos" from your graveyard and target 1 "Archived" monster you control: this card's ATK becomes 2500 until the end of your opponent's next turn, then, if the targeted monster destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster in the Graveyard.
Once per turn, you can shuffle 1 banished "Elemental HERO Neos" into your deck (quick effect): for the rest of this turn, you take no battle damage.
    ATK/ 0

    Archived Star
    WIND
    LINK-2
    Left arrow, Right Arrow
    Cyberse/Link/Effect
    2 monsters with different levels
You can also Link Summon this monster by using 1 "Stardust Dragon" as a material.
Once per turn, you can banish 1 "Stardust Dragon" from your graveyard and target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls: this card's ATK becomes 2500 until the end of your opponent's next turn, then negate the effects of the targeted monster until the end of this turn, and you can activate 1 of its effects as this card's effect once this turn.
Once per turn, when a card or effect is activated that would destroy a card(s) on the field, you can shuffle 1 banished "Stardust Dragon" into your deck (quick effect): negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it.
    ATK/ 0

    Archived Hope
    LIGHT
    LINK-2
    Left arrow, Right Arrow
    Cyberse/Link/Effect
2 monsters with the same level
You can also Link Summon this monster using 1 "Utopia" monster as a material.
Once per turn, you can banish 1 "Number 39: Utopia" from your graveyard and target 1 "Archived" monster you control that is attacking an opponent's monster: this card's ATK becomes 2500 until the end of your opponent's next turn, then, your attacking monster gains ATK equal to the ATK of the monster it it battling.
Once per turn, when any monster declares at attack, you can shuffle 1 banished "Number 39: Utopia" into your deck (quick effect): negate that attack.
    ATK/ 0

    Archived Performer
    DARK
    LINK-1
    Right arrow
    Cyberse/Link/Effect
    1 effect monster
Once per turn, you can banish 1 "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" from your graveyard or face-up in your Extra Deck and target 1 "Archived" monster you control: this card's ATK becomes 2500 until the end of your opponent's next turn, then, if the targeted monster battles a monster your opponent controls: battle damage is doubled.
Once per turn, during the End Phase of a turn this card or any other "Archived" monster ws sent to the graveyard, you can shuffle 1 banished "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" into your deck (quick effect): Special Summon all "Archived" monsters that were destroyed this turn.

Here's some Paradox Brothers cards I made, due to being annoyed at how badly the OCG screwed up Wall Shadow. It was clearly supposed to be a Fusion Monster, and it definitely should not have been Warrior-Type.

I made four Labyrinth cards, then decided to make four Gate Guardian-related cards as well.

    Wicked Wall Shadow
    Level 7/DARK
    [Rock/Fusion/Effect]
    "Labyrinth Wall" + "Shadow Ghoul"
This card's name becomes "Wall Shadow" while on the field. This card can attack while in face-up Defense Position. If it does, it can attack directly.
    1600 ATK / 3000 DEF

    Labyrinth Worm
    Level 4/EARTH
    [Insect/Effect]
While "Labyrinth Wall" or "Wall Shadow" is on the field, this card can attack directly, also your opponent's monsters cannot target this card for attacks, but does not prevent your opponent from attacking you directly.
    1800 ATK / 1500 DEF

    Labyrinth Tank MK-2
    Level 7/EARTH
    [Machine/Effect]
Can attack directly while "Labyrinth Wall" or "Wall Shadow" is on the field.
    2400 ATK / 2400 DEF

    Shifting Labyrinth
    [Field Spell Card]
This card's name becomes "Labyrinth Wall" while on the field. Monsters cannot attack directly, except "Labyrinth" monsters and "Wall Shadow". Once per turn: You can return 1 monster you control to your hand; Special Summon 1 monster from your hand with the same Level as the returned monster, but a different name. You can send this card you control to the GY; Special Summon 1 "Labyrinth Wall" from your hand, Deck, or GY.

    Disciple of the Thunder Deity
    Level 3/LIGHT
    [Thunder/Effect]
This card can be treated as 2 Tributes for the Tribute Summon of a LIGHT Thunder monster. During your Main Phase, you can Tribute Summon 1 LIGHT Thunder monster in face-up Attack Position, in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.)
    1300 ATK / 1100 DEF

    Disciple of the Wind Deity
    Level 3/WIND
    [Spellcaster/Effect]
This card can be treated as 2 Tributes for the Tribute Summon of a WIND Spellcaster monster. During your Main Phase, you can Tribute Summon 1 WIND Spellcaster monster in face-up Attack Position, in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.)
    1200 ATK / 1100 DEF

    Disciple of the Water Deity
    Level 3/WATER
    [Aqua/Effect]
This card can be treated as 2 Tributes for the Tribute Summon of a WATER Aqua monster. During your Main Phase, you can Tribute Summon 1 WATER Aqua monster in face-up Attack Position, in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.)
    1250 ATK / 1200 DEF

    Guardian Neophyte
    Level 1/EARTH
    [Rock/Effect]
Once per turn: You can send 1 "Sanga of the Thunder", "Kazejin", or "Suijin" from your Deck to your GY; until the end of this turn, this card's name, Attribute, ATK, and DEF each become the same as the monster sent to the GY. You can banish this card from your GY; add 1 "Gate Guardian" from your Deck or GY to your hand.
    0 ATK / 0 DEF

Ooh, these are neat. You've covered the whole spectrum of their decks.
