So, I've been playing this deck for a while now. Originally made so I could use Risebell the Summoner consistently, ended up as a completely different deck as I realized that Risebell didn't add much to the deck. Plus, I don't have a lot of Extra Deck monsters to work with, its level changing effect was a little useless.

I tried a lot of things with this deck, even using Homunculus the Alchemic Being to get nice boosts from Dark Doriado's pendulum effect. In the end, it looks more like a Draconia deck then my original idea, but I still managed to make some nice additions.

My main draw card is Archfiend's Oath, so I use Archfiend Heiress to search it, be it through Foolish Burial, Zenmaines detach effect or by simply setting it and waiting for my opponent to get rid of it. I have triple Heart of the Underdog as a replacement for my former triple Wavering Eyes, since it has been banned. My tuner is Magna Drago because its a level 2 FIRE Tuner, allowing it to be searched by Dark Doriado, Special Summoned through Saambell and it gives me quick access to both Hastur and Metaphys Horus.

I've also tested it online by adding Nirvana High Paladin to the Extra Deck, and while it's just 1 monster, it made a lot of diference as I can easily go from 2 Pendulums + Magna Draco into Metaphys Horus, steal 1 monster from the opponent, then Summon Nirvana High and grab a card back from my grave. It's so good that I'm now hyped for TDIL just because of this play.

Anyway, the deck still needs a lot of work, if you have anything to add, feel free to do so.
I don't post a lot, but I read everything in this forum. EVERYTHING.
    Current Decks: Red-Eyes | RaidRaptors | D/D/D | Generic Wyrm | Dark Doriado

I've heard elsewhere complaints about Echo Oscillation; a deck that needs it is too slow anyway while a faster deck can't make use of it before going kaput. What do you think?

What does Samurai Cavalry of Reptier add to the deck?

I'd add a Raigeki. I always do; I never miss it.

Why Red Dragon Archfiend plain and not Scarlight?

    1. I use Echo Oscillation only early on, if I didn't open with any of my draw cards or when I know my next draw will be a better/same scale, to dig deeper into the deck. It is kinda slow, and is not reliable, but without access to Wavering Eyes, the more draw cards I can add, the better (I think). What do you think I can replace them (or some of them) with?

    2. Samurai Cavalry effect allows me to go past somethings I can't with other cards, especially if I can't go into Horus that turn. Plus, its pretty much my only out to Monarchs or to Vanity Emptiness. But I can see it becoming more of a side card as the meta shifts more towards pendulums (around here, theres not that many pendulum players).

    3. If I had a spare Raigeki (or any Raigeki at all) I'd add it.

    4. Same as Raigeki. Plain RDA is the only level 8 Synchro I currently have.

Hugh, I had to look up the effect for Archfiend's Oath to find out what it does. Seems interesting. Unfortunately, I can only find one in my collection, so I'll have to get more...
"Is it so important that you win one last argument with him?"
"No, it is not, but it is true that I will miss the arguments; they were, finally, all that we had."
