We know that Yuya drew a monster and a Trap Card with Drop Gallop's effect, so he is not completely helpless. The problem is that having all three dragons at once is really hard to counter. Dark Rebellion not only weakens Odd-Eyes Pendulum and makes itself stronger, Starve Venom's effect to steal Odd-Eyes' Reaction Force is very deadly. And Starve Venom's third effect is still a thing. Not only that, Yuya lost his Dragon Remora, too, and Drop Gallop cannot re-summoned as well, so no extra draws with that again.

If he normal summons his drawn monster, and it is at least level 4, he can actually keep Starlight Force for another turn, so Starving Venoms and Clear Wings effects would be negated on Yuris next turn. So no Reaction Force for Yuri.
