This is for that chibi manga where Performapal Odd-Eyes Metal Claw came from, I guess.

Hmmm... remember how they foolishly made Neos Wiseman into an effect monster similar to this when it was really a fusion monster? (and would have been so much better as a fusion monster...) I think this will be like the reverse of that. Making it into a fusion monster makes it feel a lot more fitting. In any event, it'll be pretty easy to summon thanks to the Dragon Magicians, so if it's good enough, it could be useful.

.....that thing's effect might as well just say "tribute these three monsters to win the duel".

The Dragon Magicians are treated as "{Summoning Method} Dragon", so the Materials are other details they need to change.

I always get that confused. If they keep the requirements that strict, it'll be hard to summon in the Link format...

The attack gain is obviously getting nerfed, for obvious reasons. the summoning requirements can be upgraded to banishing from field and grave. The rainbow neos effect is fine as is. This might also be pendulum monster with a decent pendulum effect, maybe something that brings out the dimension dragons quickly while trying to get around the restrictions of the link format.

I'm just waiting for Konami to create a slew of cards that simply move monsters to different zones in the Monster Zone primary just to empty the linked zone for another Extra summon. Speaking of which, I'm going to be posting my card ideas for the opposite end of that(negative Link situations) in the CaC thread later today.

It won't make sense to nerf the ATK gain when it's nearly impossible to summon it.

As it is worded right now in the manga, if this is an Effect Monster, it can still be Normal Summoned. But I'll have to assume that a restriction will be put on this?
