I've see this mentioned a couple places, but Anime Master Ogre's card proxy was not seen, so we don't know its precise effect in the Anime. (The wikia has sense updated the Anime effect to better fall in line with its real life effect, but that's because no actual proxy is available. They have disclaimer for that, too.)

Anyway, I reckon it was either the standard "but banish it when it leaves the field" or lock you into Trickstars for the remainder of the turn, because their Special Summon effects are kinda generic. Truth is, the banish effect is pretty standard for such effect. It is unfortunate that them being banished conflicts with with Bellamadonna's Effect Damage effect.

Last but not least, you can discard Hensbane for Mary's effect. I've also seen One for One recommended.

I would have rather them lock the player into only being able to play trickstars for the turn so that they can't be abused to link summon into something like firewall and prevent them from being splashed around,but sadly the banishing hurts the new link monsters effect damage output and hensbane only works when link summoning a trickster so she is not too abusable to have nerfed her like that and her effect is already a hard once per turn.

I completely forgot about bloody marry, but I always forget promos since I am under the impression they will take forever to be released and I try to think how my deck would work with cards I now I will get in a timely matter, but yeah bloody marry makes Mandrake better.

Master Ogre isn't really hard to summon, even with no link 2 and his effect is dope. He is like Siegfried with Steroids.
Belladonna seems like the ace in the hole, meant to deliver the finishing blow in battle and burn dmg.
Not bad in total, but yeah, pity Trickstar didn't get anything to help their original strategy.

I know, but I would argue against a Signer dragon being strictly bound to its main user when it was proven they could be used by any of them.

I mostly meant the comment over the idea of a feminine ace being the face of a coreset, and I dunno about you but I wouldn't exactly label a gender on something like Black Rose Dragon. Ancient Fairy comes closer, but that one also treads on the above statement.

But I replied to a comment saying clearly "A female lead with her ace as a booster set boss". Black Rose Dragon was Aki's ace monster.

I don't know what you meant about being bound to its main user. That's not the definition of ace monster. There are many cases of characters lending their aces to another character.
