Sigh....more Cyberse. I know they're pushing it cause it's the main character's Deck, but enough is enough. People are getting tired of Cyberse! I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm actually starting to miss the Starter Decks that were just a hodgepodge of cards. At least they had verity....

Widget Kid is boring but obviously usable, more or less a better Balancer Lord in most cases.

Whitehat's great, a Cyberse spam monster with a useful secondary effect.

Cynet Recover is fine, not meta, but fun.

I'm actually sorta glad Cyberse is getting so many Structures and Starters, because that means that they aren't clogging up a booster more than they already are.

I'm a Cyberse player, and I agree, with the addendum that I would take quality over quantity. Only about 40% are any good (with only a fraction of that being really good). so if they cut out the other 60% and replaced them with more different stuff I'd be fine. If Extreme Force didn't have Striping Panther, Flick Clown, Lockout Gardna, Recovery Sorcerer, Security Gardna, or Cynet Refresh, it would hurt neither the set nor the Cyberse deck. Those are six slots freed up for other stuff people might actually enjoy.

It's not totally out of place. The OCG already has two reprints of it (from SJ promo and Vrains Box), and I bet the TCG's going to get one by the end of the year (either in the new star pack or tin, if not in the Starter).
