[CYHO] Paladin of Storm Dragon & World Legacy Communion

A second Ritual for Cyberse appears, along with a new Trap card designed to enhance Krawlers.

CYHO-JP030 嵐竜の聖騎士 Knight of Storm Dragon (Paladin of Storm Dragon)
Level 4 LIGHT Cyberse Ritual Effect Monster
    ATK 1900
    DEF 900
You can Ritual Summon this card with “Cynet Ritual”. The 1st and 2nd effects of this card’s name can each only be activated once per turn.
    (1) At the start of the Damage Step, when this card attacks a monster: You can return that monster to the hand.
    (2) You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 Level 5 or higher Cyberse monster from your hand or Deck, but that monster cannot activate its effects this turn.

CYHO-JP075 星遺物の交心 Seiibutsu no Koushin (World Legacy Communion)
    Normal Trap Card
You can only activate one effect among the (1)st and (2)nd effects with this card’s name per turn, and only once that turn.
    (1) When an opponent’s monster effect is activated while you control a “Krawler” monster: The activated effect becomes “Return 1 face-up monster your opponent controls to the hand”.
    (2) You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 Link Monster; Special Summon 1 “Krawler” monster from your hand, Deck, or GY in face-down Defense Position to your zone that the targeted monster points to.

The second Cyberse-Type Ritual. So probably Yusaku will become a Ritual user.

Nice Grand Mole-like Effect for Paladin.

I think this is the first time a main protagonist has had a Paladin of dragon ritual.

I can't remember Firewall Dragon being related to storms.

This is strange since Paladin of dragon ritual monsters are usually reserved for -Eyes dragon monsters. Sadly Odd-eyes never got his now that I think about it. Also with the card numbers in the set there is a space between this card and the new dragunity. So we are either getting another ritual, a fusion or synchro.

I am glad to see another cyberse ritual, but the question is what you use it to summon. My current build online uses only these lvl5 or higher monster. Boot Stagard, which summons itself. Whitehat which summons itself. Simm which once again summons itself and degenerade who has to first be summond by its effect and cyberse magician which is a ritual monster. So there are no good targets except assembrum and segmental dragon. If this summond from deck or grave then we can talk since it would get back magician, but as it is now only the first effect is appealing to me.

I can't think of anything good to do with it either. You can't summon this, swap it for a level 5, and use Cynet Ritual to get the tokens because that one can't be used if you control a monster. Also that would be a 3 for 3 tradeoff, and Cyberse can do better than that.
Current decks: Salamangreats, Knightmare Cyberse, and Odd-Eyes Performapals
Originator of the Tulpa Summon, and the homebrewed cards you use with it.

But Paladin of Storm Dragon does summon from the Deck.
