    (OCG) July V-JUMP promos

Not even virtual reality can make these cards readable.

    EDIT: Better pic added.

The following upcoming promos have been…”revealed”, so to speak in these tiny, unreadable pics. Check back in case we get a decent picture in this timeline of everyone having a professional camera in their pocket.

闇鋼龍 (くろがねりゅう)ダークネスメタル / Dark Metal Dragon – Darkness Metal
    DARK/???
    LINK 4
    Top/Bottom-Left/Bottom/Bottom-Right
“The ultimate dragon evolves into a Link Monster! Resound its voice that calls for its kins!”

This will be the promo for the July issue of the V-JUMP magazine.

These are the 20th Anniversary Legendary Dragons, with a Fusion, Synchro, Xyz and Pendulum dragon for 4 monsters total. As you can probably see, this isn’t exactly readable. These will apparently be issued as subscriber promos, if that blur is to be trusted.

EDIT: With this better pic, we can see that the legendary dragons are based on some of the most powerful Dragon-Type monsters in the game:
-Fusion Monster: Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier (WATER/Level 9)
-Synchro Monster: Judgment Dragon (LIGHT/Level 8)
-Xyz Monster: Dark Armed Dragon (DARK/Level 7)
-Pendulum Monster: Chaos Emperor Dragon – Envoy of the End (DARK/Level 8)

    Soooo

Gimme dat Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon Link retrain and Xyz Dark Armed Dragon for my Red-Eyes.
Judgment Dragon Synchro will probably be good in Blue-Eyes

I have no idea in what deck Fusion Trish and Pend CED will fit (maybe Pend Magician for CED).

What if Fusion Trish is way better than the original, but requires actual Ice Barrier materials?
Also, level 8 is a pretty inconvenient level for Pendulum CED. You can still summon it, but there's not that many options that will let you do so easily (the spirit pendulum is the only one that comes to mind with no drawbacks).
Current decks: Salamangreats, Knightmare Cyberse, and Odd-Eyes Performapals
Originator of the Tulpa Summon, and the homebrewed cards you use with it.

Haha. 5 more upcoming promos and still not one from Manga. Just as I said, I have accepted they don't really care much about promoting their own current-running manga anymore(I know this is a 20th anniversary pack). Having a Vrains manga overlapping the Arc-V manga would only compound the issue.

Now that I've got that out of my system,

Chaos Emperor Dragon should have been a WIND Ritual. It should have been billed as Kaiba's second Chaos Ritual monster.

Will the new Darkness Dragon do anything to help Red-Eyes decks?

We now knows the names of the four Legendary Dragons:

    > Trishula, the Ice Prison Dragon (so it have nothing to do with Ice Barriers)
    > Judgement, the Splendid Celestial Dragon
    > Dark Armed, the Savage Onslaught Dragon (dat badass name)
    > Chaos Emperor, the Armaggedon Dragon

I do hope they all be generic. Their effects are supposed to be extremely terrifiying. My Felgrand Deck screams for more power plays.

Also, my Red-Eyes will greatly apprieciate that the Darkness Metal Link retrain if it will help brings Extra Decks Dragons easly, helping not relying on Red-Eyes Fusion too much.

Probably as much as his Red-Eyes counterpart does.

By the way, I'm not too fond of the Org names for this one. The original names sound very 5D's manga and we already learned that's not how the TCG does 5D's manga names.

Just for funsies, here are my personal takes on those:
    Chaos Emperor Demise Dragon
Trishula Frozen Hell Dragon (I know the TCG would never go with this name, I'm just trying to fit in with the naming pattern)
    Judgement Seraph Dragon
Dark Armed Onslaught Dragon (I admit I'm half-stealing this one from the Org version. I wouldn't think of the word "onslaught" with reading their and would probably go with extermination instead)

IRL Decks: Pure Artifact, Lyrilusc (work in progress) and futurely Time Thief
Online: Trap Monster, Trickstar, Eyes Restrict
Pre-Link Format: DDD, Heraldic Beast, Chronomaly

The wet dream of every yugioh player.
Just a bit disappointed Trishula is not an "Ice Barrier" monster. That archetype deserves more support.
I'm using this forum to improve my english while also talking about a hobby of mine. Sorry for my grammatical mistakes.

Wouldn't making it an "Ice Barrier" monster mean they would have to find away to shoe horn it into the DT lore.

Arc-V added a bunch of cards and they made that work. Including a new Gem Knight Boss.

That reminds me, I'm hoping the next set will have new Gem-Knight Lady fusions in place of CYHO Dragunity synchros. And maybe tie Aussa into the GK tribe like it seems Eria is to Gishki and Wynn is to Gusto.
