I'm extremely happy to see Nebula Neos doesn't have any draw backs besides from the obvious. It is the definition of an investment play when the conditions are right. Junk Speeder can be used for Needlefiber shenanigans.

The other promos are okay, I would've like to have seen Nine-Tailed Fox.

Nebula Neos is cool and very powerful, the definition of a true Boss monster. Too bad its archetype struggles really hard to summon him.

Junk Speeder would have been better if it had a "for the rest of this turn" clause. This way you could summon link before hand and enable combo. With MR4, being unable to summon link monsters in a synchro based deck really hurts.

Other cards are trash filler that won't see the light of the day in any deck. Swamp dragon without Super Poly is useless. Joker is a worse decode and isolde is better than it in any possible way. Junk Collector could have remained an OCG exclusive card for all that matters. Junk Connector is a worse Needlefiber (I guess it'll see use when Needle actually gets banned... But it has yet to be released). Don't know what decks out there are running Marcher and Stardust Warrior. Keeper only saw some usage in DM but it's just too inconsistent and eats your normal summon, so it's not even used there.
The only good card is Solid Soldier (which could have been printed in the upcoming HERO set, imho).

All in all, not impressed at all, these were underwhelming to say the least. At least a staple card (some speculated Ash, but even a side deck option like Evenly Matched) would have been way better and driven the reprints prices low for budget players.
I'm using this forum to improve my english while also talking about a hobby of mine. Sorry for my grammatical mistakes.

I wish Junk Speeder's first effect was Nebula's first effect but with Neo Spacians...

It wouldn't have made sense in either of the Tins; notice that the promos in each Tin sticks to a theme?

Junk Speeder doesn't really work smoothly with Needlefiber, either, since you can only Summon Synchros from the Extra Deck during the turn you activate its first effect.

Now I do and realize Nine-Tailed Fox would have been a stretch to each corresponding theme.

Due to Junk Speeder's effect restriction it doesn't work well with Needlefiber on your turn, but during the opponent's turn it can be quite effective if not disrupted. Here is an example combo:

Your Turn - Summon Needlefiber, use its effect to SS Phantom King Hydride then end your turn.

Opponent's Turn - During the opponent's MP1 activate Needlefiber' effect and SS Formula Synchron. Then when Formula Synchron's draw effect activates and resolves use its Synchro summoning effect using Phantom King Hydride to summon Junk Speeder. After Junk Speeder is SS use it"s effect to bring out Steam Synchron notably and whatever other Synchron Tuner monster. Then proceed to use Steam Synchron's effect to Synchro Summon. You can easily make any level 8 synchro or double tuning synchro (Crystron Quariogandrix/Tyrant Red Dragon Archfiend if either a level 1 or 2 addtional Synchron tuner is summoned via Junk Speeder too.)

That's a really cool combo! Also, by Summoning and using Road Synchron, a Level 4 who's effect makes it Level 2 under most Synchro Summoning circumstances, you can also go into Red Dragon Archfiend King Calamity and lock your opponent out of effects past their first action. (They have the right to Summon, Activate, or Set something first, but once they do, you can flow all these moves together and likely make sure it'll be the last thing they do that turn.) EDIT: Well, you can get to Calamity some way on this path, through Ancient Pixie Dragon.

Plus, Junk Speeder existing also makes Junk Connector stronger than it was, particularly Connector's last effect.

Don't worry you just need one of these two cards (Call of the Haunted or Back to the Front) to summon Calamity during the opponent's turn. Whenever you utilize Steam Synchron's effect to summon any level 8 dark dragon synchro (Void Ogre if you dont have a hand+ Lair of Darkness), you can activate either trap to resurrect any of the the quick effect Synchrons (Formula or Steam) from the GY. Then use their effect to summon Calamity depending on which Synchrons on your side that equates the the Level 4 double tuning combination.

You can use Ancient Pixie Dragon too, but you would have to chain either trap to Junk Speeder's Sychron spam effect first to resummon Formula (if you don't you would clog your zones if you have too many synchrons in your deck). Then after Junk Speeder's effect resolves use Formula effect and bring out Ancient Pixie Dragon. After that is summoned use Steam synchron effect with either Performapal Odd-Eyes/Fleur/Road Synchron to give the Level 5 double tuning combination.

You will need Lair of Darkness or DNA Transplant to summon Void Ogre Dragon. I just remembered the dark tuner requirement.

But you can still Synchro-climb into the Red Dragon Archfiends. Scarlight is still all kinds of cool in today's game.
