You can only use each effect of this card’s name once per turn.
(1) If this card was Link Summoned using “Cyberse Wizard” as a material (Quick Effect): You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; change its battle position, and if you do, negate its effects until the end of the turn.
(2) If this card is destroyed by battle or an opponent’s effect: You can Special Summon 1 “Cyberse Wizard” from your hand, Deck or Graveyard.

It makes sense that Yusaku's 3 cards would be more leaning towards flavoring up his first batch of cards used. He's the only protagonist who doesn't really have that kind of flavor going in his way.

Makes for a nice little fun take on Playmaker!Cyberse.

Indeed. Works as a nice supplement with Circle. If you discard a Salamangreat, you can even add Gazelle and trigger Gazelle when it resolves, just like Ahriman adding Diabolos.
