If the theme really were to be mid-game villains, I'm pretty sure they would go Marik, Saiou, Meklords, Faker (or maybe Tron for popularity reasons) and Sergey.

None of Sergey's anime cards are even out yet.

Professor Cobra is the only one of those characters that even has a deck in ocg. Dartz literally has just 3 cards: Shunuros, Seal and Geh.
